• Where is the store based?

  Sittard, Netherlands

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  I'm currently located in the Netherlands, and do ship orders to both the US, Canada, UK and most of Europe! If you find your location is not covered when trying to place an order, please email me, as I may just need to calculate a custom shipment cost for your location.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  We ship orders every Monday, and with times of heavy order volume, again on Thursday or Friday.

  I am located in the Netherlands, items mailed within the Western half of the EU zone tend to arrive in under two weeks. Items going over seas or to the Eastern half of the EU can take a little longer. All EU based shipments include Track and trace, so you can follow it's route.

  US and Canadian orders can take longer due to customs, and may need up to 4 weeks to arrive.

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
